Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Live Wire mobile application ("the App") operated by Galapptic LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

01LICENSE TO USE

Galapptic LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

02RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App

03INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App, including all content, graphics, user interface, code, and design, is owned by Galapptic LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Galapptic LLC.

04USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Live Wire does not currently include features for users to submit, post, or share content.

05IN-APP PURCHASES AND ADVERTISING

The App does not currently offer in-app purchases or display advertising.

Future versions may include these features. Any such additions will be clearly disclosed and these Terms will be updated accordingly.

06DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

07LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Galapptic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App.

08TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

09GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
